Dr. Kenny Cheung, General Dentist
Dr. Cheung earned his doctoral degree from New York University and completed his general practice residency program at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn.
Dr. Cheung focuses on creating genuine and lasting relationships with his patients. His gentle and kind demeanor puts patients at ease and his attention to detail is reflected in his work.
Keeping up to date with the latest in dental technology and techniques is very important to Dr. Cheung; he spends numerous hours a year attending continuing education courses, and local study groups.
In his free time, Dr. Cheung enjoys rock climbing, cooking, and practicing yoga.
Dr. Alisa Neymark, General Dentist
Dr. Alisa Neymark a native New Yorker with a decade in private practice. She graduated Amherst College with a double major in Anthropology and Biology. Prior to starting her journey into dentistry, Dr. Neymark spent two years studying vulval development in C. elegans at Columbia University Medical Center. The genes active in this developmental cascade were implicated in Alzheimer’s Disease. After her deep dive into medical research, Dr. Neymark enrolled in dental school at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. After graduating with a selective in periodontics, she to continued on a two year residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. It is here that Dr. Neymark learned advanced implant surgical and restorative skills.
Dr. Neymark is committed to advanced continuing education that focuses on cosmetic dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation and implants. She is an active member of the the New York State Dental Association, The American Dental Association, The Second District Dental Society, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The Academy of General Dentistry (where she is a candidate for fellowship), Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry and The Kois Center. She is also a board member of The Association of Innovative Dentistry.
Dr. Neymark is fluent in Russian.
Dr. Valerie Klein, Periodontist/Implant Specialist
Dr. Valerie Klein received her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College of Columbia University, and then continued to Columbia University’s School of Dental and Oral Surgery to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. After a year of Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, during which Dr. Klein’s interest in helping patients manage and treat Periodontal Disease was sparked, she returned to Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine, where she spent another three years completing her Post- Graduate specialty training in Periodontics.
Dr. Klein serves as an Associate Clinical Faculty member at Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine, with the department of Periodontics. She also attends continuing education courses and is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontics.
